These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ANKPOST ("ANKPOST", "we", "us", or "our"), including ankpost.com, the Logistics Pulse dashboards, wiki and news content, and calculators (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ANKPOST provides independent logistics intelligence, including decision scores, rate confidence bands, dwell-time and fee estimates, reference articles, and calculators. The Service is informational in nature and is intended to support, not replace, your own due diligence and judgment.
2. No Brokerage or Guarantee
ANKPOST is not a freight broker, carrier, or rate-setting authority. We do not arrange, negotiate, or guarantee any shipment, rate, contract, or booking. All figures, scores, and estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are calibrated against independent field data, which may not reflect your specific circumstances.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service except as permitted by our published APIs, if any.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and data made available through the Service are owned by ANKPOST or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial reference unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANKPOST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SCORE, RATE BAND, FEE ESTIMATE, OR FORECAST WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR DECISION.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANKPOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
